They heard His voice, a voice so mild 他們聽到祂的聲音，柔和的聲音,
It pierced them through and made their souls to quake 刺透了心，震動了靈魂
They saw Him come, a man in white 那人來了，潔白的衣袍，
The savior who had suffered for their sake 為他們犧牲的救主，
They felt the wounds in hands and side 他們觸摸祂的釘痕, 祂的手掌, 祂的腹側，
And each could testify; This is the Christ 他們能見證, 這是基督
This is the Christ, the holy Son of God 這是基督, 神的兒子
Our savior, Lord, Redeemer of mankind 我們的救主, 我的主, 人類的救贖
This is the Christ, the healer of our souls 這是基督, 我們靈魂的救贖者
Who ransomed us with love divine 用祂聖潔的愛做我們的贖價
I read His words, the words He prayed 我聽祂說話, 祂的禱告,
While bearing sorrow in Gethsemane 祂客西馬尼傷痛的陳述
I feel His love, the price He paid 我深知祂的愛，我知道祂付的代價
How many drops of blood were spilled for me? 那為我落下的血滴...
With saints of old in joyful cry 已逝的聖者歡欣啼哭,
I too can testify; This is the Christ 我也能大聲呼叫, 這是基督
